Support for Shopify merchants
BestDealer Shopify Apps support
This page supports BestDealer Goal Bar, Age Gate, Stock Counter, Product Badges, Country Guard, and Order Tracking. Each app uses the merchant's Shopify installation, so there is no separate BestDealer account or password to create.
Install and open an app
- Install the required BestDealer app from its Shopify App Store listing.
- Approve the requested Shopify access and finish installation.
- Open Shopify Admin, choose Apps, and select the installed BestDealer app.
- Complete the app's setup page and save the configuration.
Enable storefront apps
Goal Bar, Age Gate, Stock Counter, Product Badges, and Country Guard use a theme app extension. From the app's setup or dashboard page, open the Shopify theme editor, enable the named BestDealer app embed or block, and save the published theme. Test in a private browser window after changing storefront settings.
App-specific help
- BestDealer Goal Bar: configure a goal and confirm the app embed is enabled.
- BestDealer Age Gate: set the verification method, storefront copy, and display rules. The app does not provide legal advice; obtain legal guidance for your products and jurisdiction.
- BestDealer Stock Counter: publish a counter, enable its product-page block, and test a selected variant.
- BestDealer Product Badges: publish a rule, enable the app embed, and check a product or collection page.
- BestDealer Country Guard: publish a country rule, enable the app embed, and test the appropriate storefront market.
- BestDealer Order Tracking: connect the app, sync orders and fulfillments, then use the tracking-page settings to choose the buyer lookup method.
